Bedroom 3 – Sweet room with 4ft small double bed with luxury Hypnos mattress. Window to the lane.  NB: bed is a few centimetres higher than a standard bed height so may not be suitable for people with mobility issues or very young children. Wardrobe and chest of drawers. Additional pull-out small single (2ft 6) bed with pocket-sprung mattress can be set up upon advance request.

Main Bathroom - Gorgeous cottage bathroom with shower over bath, toilet, illuminated mirror and shaving point, basin and vanity unit. 

Outdoor Seating including bench and separate picnic bench to enjoy a morning cuppa or evening glass of wine while taking in the beautiful view.
