This privacy policy outlines the privacy practices for www.crowhall.co.uk.

 

This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:

 

1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used and with whom it may be shared;

2. What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data; and

3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information (DPA and GDPR).

All self-catering accommodation premises must keep a record of all guests over the age of 16. The record should include their full name. We do however ask for all guests’ names and their ages for the purpose of ensuring Crow Hall is a suitable property for your needs.

 

We must keep each guest’s details for at least 12 months and we will keep you on our internal database unless you tell us otherwise, which you are welcome to do once your booking is complete and you have returned home, via email.

 

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25th May 2018 and you therefore have enhanced consumer rights, including the ability to access information we hold, which will only be the information you provide to us when you enquire or book.

 

You can at any time, request we remove all your personal data from our system but you cannot request that we delete records of any financial transactions undertaken in the last 7 years as we have a legal requirement to keep this information.

 

Information, Collection, Use and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on site. We only have access to the information that you voluntarily give us via the website, when you enquire or book, via e-mail or via other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

 

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organisation, unless where necessary in the course of our businesses to be disclosed to our professional advisors (for example, our accountant or legal advisor) or administrative assistant, all of whom will be under a duty of confidentially in relation to such disclosed information.

 

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via e-mail in the future to tell you about special offers at Crow Hall, or changes to this privacy policy or our Terms and Conditions.
